Information about the AGM and Performance Award Prizegiving

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND PERFORMANCE AWARD SCHEME PRIZEGIVING

21st NOVEMBER 2021

The Annual General Meeting is being held on 21st November 2021 in conjunction with the Performance Award Scheme Prizegiving at the Charlecote Pheasant Hotel, Charlecote Road, Charletcote. Stratford on Avon, Warwickshire CV35 9EW

10 Bedrooms are being held for Saturday 20th November for members who might like to stay the night before. @ £75.00 B&B single occupancy or £85.00 B&B double occupancy.
To book a room, please email reservationscp(at)charlecotepheasanthotel.co.uk & SalesManagerCP(at)charlecotepheasanthotel.co.uk . The hotel will ring back and take payment the following day. Cancellation. Individual rooms already reserved by guests may be cancelled up to 3pm on the day prior to arrival. Please book early as, although more rooms could be allocated to us if necessary, the hotel needs to know by 8th November. The hotel is extremely dog friendly. If you are planning to bring a dog, please ask for a ‘dog friendly” room when you make your booking. There is a £20 charge per stay.

The Society will book a table in the dining room for dinner on Saturday 20th November. The three course a la carte dinner will cost £20 a head and should be booked at the same time as the room as the hotel gets very busy. You will be asked to make choices from a menu when you check in. The table will be in an area where dogs are permitted.

Tea and coffee will be will be served from 10.30 am and the AGM will start at 11.am. Dogs are allowed in the meeting room at your risk!

A two course carvery lunch will be served at 12.15 – 12.30. Tea and coffee will be available after lunch.

Please buy your tickets by MONDAY 8TH NOVEMBER as the hotel has asked us to give then numbers fourteen days in advance.

The Performance Award Scheme Prizegiving will take place immediately after lunch.
