I understand that the BCPS Council or their agents/staff will not accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to any pony, handler or spectator or any other person or property whatsoever. A hard hat must be worn at all times when handling a pony. By signing this form owners are confirming that they have their own Public Liability Insurance in place. Photographs may be taken and may be used in BCPS publications, and on the BCPS Website and social media. By signing below I/we give consent to my/our personal data being held and processed by BCPS in accordance with the General Data Protection Legislation 2018. Information supplied on this form will be passed by the British Connemara Pony Society to the Central Equine Database, as required by the Passport Legislation, and published in the Stud Book.

The Regional coordinator will be in touch with you once your application has been received and will be able to give you the time of the inspection and directions to the venue. Please note that home inspections can only be arranged in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Society. Written applications for this should be submitted to the Office for discussion by the BCPS Registrations Committee

FILLIES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE OWNER’S NAME AND MEASURED PRIOR TO THE INSPECTION.
