AGM WEEKEND 15th and 16th November

The Charlecote Pheasant is 5 mins off the M40 Junction 15 and dogs are welcome.
On the afternoon/early evening of Saturday 15th Cathy Snow, the well known breeder of the Moorland Ponies will give a talk on the
Moorland Connemara ponies.
The cost of the event is free of charge to
Members (please bring your membership card
with you). Non- members are welcome @ £10 a head.
In the evening, we will be holding an informal
Dinner in the hotel restaurant.
The cost of the two course dinner will be £28
per head.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in the
Hampton Suite at 11am on Sunday 16th
November followed by a carvery lunch at 12.15 - 12.30 in the restaurant.
The cost of the carvery lunch will be £27 per
person.

The rates for the rooms are as follows:-
£104 per night single bed and breakfast
£116 per night double bed and breakfast
The hotel is dog friendly and charge £15 per
dog per night.
Car parking and WiFi is complimentary.
